How often do you update the shop?
I announce new work and shop updates on Instagram. If you’d like to be notified by email instead, please sign up for my email list.
What if I want something that’s sold out?
Most of my work is one-of-a-kind but I’m always happy to re-make a sold out piece to order. Shoot me an email or fill out out a custom order form to start the process!
Can I have something custom made?
Yes! I love creating commissioned work! Let me know what you have in mind by filling out a custom order form.
How much is shipping?
All orders include shipping! The price of the piece reflects the total cost to you. Everything ships domestically with USPS Priority or First Class Mail. I process orders (excluding custom commissions) within 7 business days and you will receive an email with tracking information once your package is on its way. If you need something by a specific date, just let me know and I will do my best to accommodate.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately due to high international shipping rates, I only ship domestically at this time. If you’d really really really like to place an international order, please email me at send2olive@gmail.com and I can quote you a shipping rate and create a custom listing for you. I’ve also had international clients successfully utilize the MyUS.com service which allows you to buy and ship goods from a US Address.
How do I hang my OPK Studio wall hanging?
Most pieces come finished with a sawtooth hanger for easy hanging on a single short nail in the wall. Larger works that do not include a sawtooth hanger can be hung by simply resting the frame on a nail or thumbtack. If you have specific installation questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
How do I care for my OPK Studio wall hanging/rug?
I recommend regularly lint rolling wall hangings and rugs, as they will shed and collect dust over time. If there’s a stray fray, trim it! If any loops come undone, they can be poked and prodded back into place using a chopstick or other pointy object 🤠 Avoid hanging work in direct sunlight as fibers may fade over time. OPK Studio hand-tufted rugs are durable enough for the floor, but will last longer if displayed on the wall. If you have specific care or hanging questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out!
What’s your refund/return policy?
At this time OPK Studio does not accept returns or refunds and all sales are final. All class deposits, workshop tickets, shop, and Instagram sale items are final sale and non-refundable. All orders are sent out with tracking info and I don’t assume any responsibility for packages once they are shipped.
